I have great buying power. People call me filthy rich and I agree. Oh yes I have money. I can buy anything anytime anywhere I want. I haven’t always been like this. I was abject poor. Living below the bottom of the barrel, times I knew not where my next meal would come from. Then one day I woke up mad. I rebelled. What made me different from the other man sitting up in a pent house making executive decisions, I mean I have a brain, I have my 2 feet, body built like a fighter. What separated me and him?
The answer was simple, he had money, plenty of it and I did not. Money was the great divide Money, gets you everywhere. From the company of luxury to the caress of comfort. From the accolades of men to the pride of princes, money separated the fool from the wise, money made the world go round. Some call it currency. And then, the next question came up. What did he know that I did not? What did he have access to that I did not? Information?
Okay, so I made up my mind, I would acquire all the information I could get and apply it. So I started. You would find me everyday from dawn to dusk in the library studying about money. I self educated myself and now today, I stand proudly before man and kind to say I have buying power. So now, I have all that currency can bring my way.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith is the currency of the kingdom. We know the kingdom; we have heard of the kingdom, the kingdom is in us, the kingdom is around us. Oh, how vast this kingdom is. Jesus, talked about the kingdom, He did the kingdom, when he wasn’t talking about the kingdom He was praying, which is kingdom.
But, how does this kingdom work? How do we operate in this kingdom? How do we do business in this kingdom? The world has its system. Commerce, buying and selling, the exchange of goods and services using money. The more you have of this money, the greater your capacity to operate in this world system. So Faith is the currency of the kingdom. As money is to this world, the greater your faith, the greater your capacity in this kingdom. Faith is what gets things done in the kingdom. Faith is what gives buying power in the kingdom. By faith men subdued kingdoms.
All men have been dealt a measure of faith. But not all men use this faith nor develop in it. Are we bankrupt? No, I dare say we just have not learnt how to trade, how to do kingdom commerce. Faith is currency. The more faith you have, the greater your “buying power”. The greater the kingdoms you subdue.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. The labor is in the word. The same way we go to work to make money to earn money to have more buying power; we go to the Word to make more faith. Our labor is in the Word. We can learn, study, research about faith, we can dig, we can ponder and discover about faith. This is our victory. This is what gets us our mark; this is what pleases God even our faith.
So again, I say… I have great buying power. Some call me a man of great faith and I agree. Oh yes I have faith. I can faith for anything, anytime, anywhere according to the word of God. I haven’t always been like this. I was abject, doubtful, full of unbelief. Living below the bottom of the barrel, times I knew not where my next meal would come from. Then one day I woke up mad. I rebelled. What made me different from the other heroes of the bible, subduing kingdoms, killing giants, shutting up the mouth of lions? I mean I have a heart, I have my mouth, and Spirit filled. What separated me and them?
The answer was simple, they had faith and used it, plenty of it and I did not. Faith was the great divide faith, gets you everywhere. From victory over sin, sickness and poverty to accolades from the clouds of witnesses, to the pride of princes, faith separates the fool from the wise; faith makes the kingdom go round. I call it currency. And then, the next question comes up. What did they know that I did not? What did they have access to that I did not? Information? The word?
Okay, so I made up my mind, I would acquire all the information and word I could get and apply it. So I started. You would find me every day from dawn to dusk in the library studying about faith. I studied to show myself approved and now today, I stand proudly before man and kind to say I have buying power. So now, I have all, that, currency can bring my way.
Do you want to have kingdom buying power? How much faith do you have?
